Good mates. Few words. Life is Good.
Good mates. Few words. Life is Good.
Alexander and Joe – two boys with Down syndrome and a generous smattering of autism – have become best mates. Living with them provides all the hallmarks of living ‘on the edge’ – the hilarity, the anxieties, the awkward interactions and the learnings. Resonance is imaginable with other anxious families and their close networks reaching out for any form of reassurance that life for their special child can be rich and wonderful - for the person navigating any form of ‘neuro diversity’ as well as for those who share their ‘life space’.
‘The Adventures of Alex and Joe’ exists under the umbrella of APC Support who have expanded their primary mission of offering a sanctuary/safe place for children needing occasional care into creating a stage via the identifying and nurturing of talents for those who aspire towards making their unique mark in the world.
